Save Our Ship by Barbara Ungar is a finalist in the IBPA Benjamin Franklin Award! The gold winner will be announced in April online.

Save Our Ship has also been recently reviewed by Misfit Magazine and Pedestal Magazine, both of which have shown much love for the book. Pedestal Magazine begins by saying “The etymological root of 'apocalypse' means to uncover or reveal, and this collection underscores that at the heart of all apocalypses is both a heartbreaking sense of loss and an unlikely hope for the future.” And Misfit Magazine book editor claims, “If we’re going down, well, there is no better way to enjoy our last sentient days than, Save Our Ship.”
